What Can You Afford?

First, don't panic! You will not need to come up with this entire amount up front. Some of these costs (like personal expenses) will be spread throughout the year. In addition, many colleges offer monthly payment plans that allow you to spread the billable costs over 8-12 months.

If the amount you're expected to pay still seems overwhelming, don't despair. There are more ways to finance college costs than ever before. Visit our Education Loan Center to get help and learn more about your loan options.

What if the aid award isn't enough?

We can help. From low-interest loans to education tax credits, there are lots of options out there for helping meet your family share.
